This dress has been worn once and has been professionally altered to include breast cups and a bustle and has been shortened. I am 5'3" and wore this dress with 2" heels. The dress needs to be dry cleaned as there is some dirt located on the slip (pictured). There are also a few loose threads (also pictured).
