Romantic designer dress with sweetheart neckline and soft illusion v-neck tulle straps. The dress has a black velvet sash with ivory beaded tulle flowers at one side of the natural waist (this could be switched out for a sash or ribbon of a different color). Full A-line skirt with chapel train.
This dress is BRAND NEW, has never been worn, and has not been altered. The condition is pristine. Original tags.
