This fun and flattering black dress from LA designers Wukogals can be worn for any occasion. Dress it up with heels and a funny necklace, or down with sandals or flats. Great for work or hanging out with friends. Measures 39 inches from the shoulder to the bottom. Material is a poly/rayon/span mix. Says it is size 0 but that translates to about a size 4/6 in regular sizes (they only sell size 00, 0, 2 and 4)
