dahliadog @vivianvi123 the measurement from armpit to armpit is 16.5”. The dress is from a show, but not used it in the costuming, so I don’t know if it’s XS or S. The label says SMALL. The fabric is great with some tightness, but stretch to hold you in. I hope this helps! I can ship out tomorrow.

dahliadog @vivianvi123 lying flat the waist is 12”. It does have a little stretch. The fabric is a nice solid “hold you in” type feel.
