XCVI Black Tie Shoulder Blouse size M

NWOT This top is so cool. It has ties that give it a cold shoulder style. The front almost seems like satin and is a shiny black. It’s so hard to take a great picture of this blouse especially when hanging. I laid it flat to show that the sleeves are a bat wing style, but with a cold shoulder opening. Again, hard to describe.
