@fairlil the inseam is the measurement from the crotch of the pant to the bottom of the leg. Your photo is the measurement of the rise, which is the distance from the top of the waistband to the crotch seam. I'm only 4' 10" tall so the inseam measurement is pretty important. If I do the math it will be around 26". Thanks.
