So the skirt draw string waist will pull to tighten the waist? If so, how far does it tight up?

@jhar2930 thanks for your inquiry. I have added a picture of the drawstring cinched. it could probably even go less than 10" across, but I figured this shows that the size can be adjusted. Lmk if you have other questions.
