New without tags XIX Palms Monte Carlo Tiered Maxi Dress. Love this but didn’t fit me quite right. I took the tags off hoping I could make it work, but then never wore it. Accurate color is somewhat between the stock photos and my photos, like a red-orange. Measurements: Size 1, fits like an XS-S Waist: 13” laying flat Chest: ~15.5 - 16” laying flat Length: approximately 54” from shoulder to hem. Let me know if you have any other questions!
