XL Baby Blue Charlotte Russe Spaghetti Strap floral flowing short cut top

This floral flowing cut top is one of a kind. I haven't worn it but once to try it on but cut of the tags. This top is from Charlotte Russe. It is XL but it is very small running. This top is a very lace floral design in the front but has a baby blue satin material inside. This top has spaghetti straps and has a sort of amazing cut a the bottom.
