Say hello to spring with this bold statement piece! Higher scoop neck sits just under the collar bone. Sleeves are loose (dolman like) in the shoulder then more fitted to just above the elbow. Long, flowing waist to a hi-low hem. For the Irma, size down 1-2 (I can even do 3 and it’s comfortable!) or size up 2-3 for an oversized off the shoulder look.
