XL Ruffled western chic blouse.

Ruffled blouse, patchwork look with reds and pinks, navy. Cute sleeves and peplum type ruffle at bottom. Bought online but ran too large for me. Never worn. It came in with no tags but it's a rayon type material. Super cute just too big for me.
