XL Sleeveless summer shirt

Chocolate brown with cute eyelet ties down each side. Currently threaded with leather strips. The leather is pretty well worn and could use replacing, which could be easily done inexpensively, otherwise, perfect condition. Shirt is made of 92% Cotton, 8% Spandex. Length of shorthand from front collar to bottom is 17"
