XL blue floral flutter sleeve high/low dress with faux wrap detail.

This dress is size XL. It is very stretchy with an elastic waist. The wrap detail is a tie on the side that is purely decoration. Dress is slightly high/low, shorter in the front, longer in the back. I am on the shorter side so it was floor length for me all around but front may be about a midi length for taller folk. Dress is truly so cute, wore it for a wedding but haven’t worn it since.
