XL stretch knit skater dress with smocked back NWT

Black cotton/spandex sleeveless tank fit and flare dress. Scoop v neck in the front with flattering seams and defined waist. Rounded ballet back with smocking to provide the perfect fit! Length comes just above knees on my 5’6” frame.
