chrissynewton @awanglover actually, yes there is. poshmark recently allowed someone to steal my authentic shoes, because she claimed they were fake. They did nothing. Didn’t reimburse me, nothing. I even had them authenticated by CL and had proof of purchase from Barneys. That’s why I asked for a picture from the seller. They don’t follow through with their claims of honesty.

chrissynewton @awanglover I understand that. I bought an 2500 dollar item on here and went through that process which took about 2 weeks. I’m saying, I recently “sold” a pair of authentic designer shoes through PM, and the lady stole them, claiming they were “fake” even though I presented proof of purchase and even got them authenticated at the CL store near me. PM never released the money, nor did they reimburse me for what was stolen. I don’t trust PM Is what I’m saying.

chrissynewton @mafournier I wouldn’t buy anything on PM. There are so many dishonest people, and PM is also dishonest and unhelpful. If you don’t want to spend money on new designer stuff, there are so many more credible, legit sights that sell used designer items, directly from the store and not through individuals. If you see a Chanel bag that’s less than 3,500 I would be weary. Used or not. If it’s vintage Chanel, the price will be lower though.

chrissynewton @mafournier Brand new Chanel bags start around 5,000 and go up to 17,000 and more. I just bought a new Chanel bag for 7500 Bc I was tired of getting ripped off and dealing with bad people. Sometimes buying directly from the source is the best way to ensure quality and authenticity. If you can’t buy brand new, I would suggest looking into sites that sell directly to you, and not through a 3rd party.
