XOXO Green cocktail dress (NWOT)

Velvet-like material, fully lined, hits below knee (I’m 5’3”). Very form fitting. Crisscrossed back, zipper on side. Nice detail design along hemline. New without tags, has been hanging in closet, no longer fits. Excellent condition, no flaws.
