XOXO Little Black Dress. V- neck, sleeveless. Size is Junior 9/10. 28” waist, 29” from arm pit to hem, zipper is 20” long, slit in back 6” long. Doesn’t have the belt but there are loops so you can add your own or cut the loops off. Very cute on.
