XOXO Rosette Cocktail/Homecoming dress

This is a beautiful cocktail dress perfect for a holiday party, weddings, homecoming, formals, sweet 16s, or any other special occasion. It has black rosette details on top and a little tulle under the skirt to give it a slightly fuller effect. The dress was only worn once so it is excellent condition.
