XOXO Turquoise Ruffled Dress

Turquoise 3 tiered halter top dress. Not too short. Only worn once for a high school homecoming dance. The mid section very slimming & has a snug fit. Perfect for a simple high school dance or formal party or wedding! Small very tiny stain towards bottom of dress, I am not sure where it came from): but the folds make it slightly unoticeable.
