XOXO dress

Bright blue XOXO dress. Size 1/2. I think it fits closer to an XS or a 0. The top is flowy but the bottom is pretty fitted. No tags, but never worn. Has loops for matching sash, but could also easily be paired with a cute belt too. The back is completely out. Only thing is one of the top shoulder pieces is missing (see pic of gold button on one side). Would be an easy fix for someone to pin it.
