XOXO Black Peplum Dress

Simple and elegant, this black dress has stretch. Cap sleeves. Fitted everywhere. Princess seams front and back. Peplum at sides. I've added a silver belt, not original to the dress, but I think it works. Size 9/10 measures 36 at chest, 28 at waist, 36 at hips. 34 at bottom hem. 41 long from shoulder to hem. All measurements have some stretch. On the right person, this dress will be an elegant statement. hb
