Darling summer dress - fitted through bust area - measures approx 12.5 inches across the empire waist (just below bust). Bust area approx 14.5 in across. Measure 40 in from top of neckline to bottom hem. 18 in slit in front. Dress goes below the knee (mid calf) and slit goes up to about mid thigh. 32 in from empire waist hem to bottom hem. Sleeves can be worn off the shoulder or on. Ruffle trim around sleeves and neckline.

@momogelka the bust (meauring across is more like 14.5-15 across. The hem (just under the bust line is about 12.5 across) The fabric is not stretchy.
