XS Express navy floral side cut-out maxi dress - worn once!

Beautiful fully lined maxi dress by Express with side cut-outs. Navy with a white floral print. Worn once at a resort for dinner, washed, and air-dried. It's in like-new mint condition. Super flattering, skirt hits at the natural waist. Just too small for me now, I hate to part with it.
