XS Free People Mini Beachy Dress

This is a lightweight, beachy/casual, spring dress. Straps have ties and neckline is elastic. Can be worn off the shoulder or on shoulder. Depending on your height this can be worn as a tunic/beach cover up or a dress. Also has two pockets. Two small blemishes shown in attached pictures. One strap is slightly frayed and the wearers left side has a small white thread that is visible. Looks like a manufacture error but is not noticeable unless you look for it. Material: 53% Rayon / 37% Cotton Care: Machine wash cold / Tumble dry low / May be dry cleaned
