XS Halter Dress w/ Beautiful Aurora Jewels

EUC XS light blue halter stretchy dress with aurora rhinestone jewels down the front. Ties at the neck. Made in the USA, 92% rayon 8% spandex. Only wore one time It's too small for me now, or I would keep it because it is so pretty and is soft material. Pics don't do it justice. Stunning dress purchased from Dillard's!!!
