This is the Carly Dress by LuLaRoe. It is a high-low cut. It comes down to my knees in the front and even longer in the back. With the Carly dress, you can size down two sizes from your normal size. This one is SO soft! It’s a buttery leggings material. It’s a navy blue background with red and cream designs.
