XS LuLaRoe Carly dress

Former HIGHLY sought after pattern. Super cute high-low dress to pair with boots and a Jean jacket. Very versatile. This has been worn a few times and there minor piling under the arms which is reflected in the price. Chest measurement is approximately 17.5” front is 37” back is 42”.
