XS Petite Coldwater Creek navy printed tulip skirt

This beautiful skirt has very nice details, the side zipper is hidden and topped with a sturdy button for fastening. This is a cotton skirt lined with a polyester lining. There’s embroidery layered on top. Quite pretty. This garment is dry clean only. I’ve used my steamer to freshen it up.
