Lightweight dress/tunic.... I always wore it over my skinny jeans but I suppose it could be a dress... It is very cute and has a roomier fit for the size being an XS (see photos for measurements). There are several different panels with various sized checkered patterns. Gives it something special and different. It's soft and perfect for the warmer temps of summer and early fall.
