XS Vintage looking blouse

In perfect condition, only worn once. No damage or stains. Long flared sleeves, super lightweight. Great for summer or winter. Size "xs" (would fit a small as well.) It's loose fitting. White w/ maroon, navy blue, & tan stripes.
