14” across the bust
13” across the waist
25” at the widest part of the skirt
27” from neckline to the bottom of the dress
32” inches in full length

As far as the fit goes, it does have a built-in bra, and I think it would just depend on how snug that one piece would get. It definitely stretches nicely, so that would work in anyone’s favor.
