XS or Large? LuLaRoe Maxi Royal Blue Skirt

Brand new without tags, never worn. I bought this thinking it was an XS as that is how it was posted an labeled. When I got it I removed the tags (labeled “XS”) before ever trying it on. When I went to wear it I realized my mistake. The tag at the waist is “L”. The tag on side seam is “XS”. I normally wear an XXS maxi. I am not entirely sure which size this is... It is a beautiful royal blue color. Hate to see it go but it does not fit.
