XS vintage 1980's does 50's prom cupcake dress

This is an XS 1980's light blue taffeta dress with sequin and bow detailing on the bodice. Clearly inspired by 1950's cupcake dresses, it's cinched at the waist (24in-25.5in will fit best) with a relatively open bust because of the lower back and open at the hip with lots of swish provided by the tulle lining. It was purchased secondhand with faint staining on both the front and the back of the skirt- didn't try to remove it/sold as is.
