This is the Kate Spade Shannon wallet in black w/Gold tone Hardware.One of my favorite affordably priced wallets as it has several compartments w/o being too bulky. The polkadot zip center compartment also add personality and fun to this wallet it features 12 credit card slots, 3 slip pockets (1 outside on back), 1 center zip pocket, and 2 open pockets on the inside.
