XTRAORDINARY navy blue special ocassion dress

This is a gorgeous navy blue dress with a high “u” neck. The top half has a beige background covering it, and a thin navy blue design is on top. The dress has a pearl waistline, and the back has a tail look, being longer than the front. It has been used twice but is in very excellent condition.
