XXI Tropical Dress

I have had this dress from Forever 21 for over 15 years and worn countless times. Only getting rid of because it has become too short. It is great for the beach or running around town. It's slinky so doesn't wrinkle, making it perfect to throw in a suitcase. It has criss cross straps and a subtle ruffle, ruching and tie. The colors are amazing and it truly shows no wear.
