XXL Like New Laura Conrad ruffle skirt

Outter Layer is sheer peach, pink cream and blue floral design. The under layer is a neutral tan that hangs nicely to hide any lumps or bumps. Very flowy feminine skirt, like new, only worn a couple times. See photos for waist and length measurements, as well as my best attempt at the width measurement for the bottom. The skirt is “A-line” shape. Hits just above the knee on me, and I’m 5’4”
