XXL dolman sleeves print blouse NWT

Up for your consideration is this very pretty tiny floral print dolman sleeve blouse from Old Navy. The fabric looks like corduroy. There are two length measurements given, from shoulder to hem and central neck in the back to hem. Third measurement is from the sleeve to the shoulder.
