lilqtdncn @megeliza11 just flat black sequins. The skirt lays flat when the dress is just hanging on a hanger but when you wear it, the elastic cinches at the waist so it probably looks like it comes out over your bottom but there's no tulle underneath that keeps it poofy and ballerina-like. I wish I would trade but poshmark doesn't let me anymore.
