Full side zipper and snaps with raw edge so you can trim to length. the 4th snap is cut off, I am 5'7" and they are just long on me. the belt is adjustable by both the lacing in the back as well as the buckle in the front. The back thigh zipper and the elastic thigh give that extra in case you gain a few pounds and makes them super adjustable and comfy.
