Okay. I’m between 6-1/2 and 7 and usually wear 7 for flat shoes. The website says to size up 1/2 size from your regular. What’s your opinion on fit in regard to the half size difference?

@maybell_summer if you're running with these I would size a 1/2 size up so your toes don't hit the front. I'm a 6 usually.
