Perfect capri/cropped leggings for night time runs/bike rides/etc! Has 2 reflective patches, one on each outer calf. Zip pocket in the back. Adjustable waist string (why it has some scrunching). Waist measures about 14.5” without the scrunching, and still has more room to stretch like typical leggings. Only wore a few times - just don’t love capri leggings.
