Xhilaration Floral Black & Red Dress | XS

I love this dress! Wore it on Valentine’s Day a couple years ago and it doesn’t fit anymore. Xhilaration brand black and red floral knee length dress. It has a gorgeous velvet look and feel to it. There’s a zipper on the back and the sleeves have a slit with ribbons. It’s 94% polyester and 6% spandex.
