Xhilaration | Floral Maxi Skirt

Black maxi skirt with vibrant watercolor floral print. It was originally a strapless maxi dress but after a couple of wears I decided I wanted the hem of the skirt to graze the floor so I took it to my tailor and she easily made it into a maxi skirt. Elastic waist and so flowy. Waist 13” Length 41”. Tag is gone since alterating but could fit a M or L.
