Xhilaration M Bell Sleeve Navy Blue Floral Romper

Romper worn only a few times. Navy blue liner with sheer overlay of purple flowers. Ruffles around neck line and lace-up front. Sleeves are sheer and bell shaped with some small ruffle sewn in near the end. No zippers or buttons, slides on. Size Medium (runs a little tight if you have bigger hips like me, making it harder to pull up). 100% polyester.
