Bright red off-the-shoulder top with embroidered floral design in a peasant style. Cute for summer festival season! *Floral embroidery on the front has colors of blue, green, pink, white, and tan *White lace embroidery along the bottom edge of the sleeves and the bottom hem *Smocked elastic neckline can be worn off the shoulders *3/4 length sleeves with bell/flared openings *Lightweight gauzy fabric (100% rayon) *Peplum ruffle along bottom of blouse This top is in excellent condition. Only worn about two times. There is some stretching at the shoulders/top of the sleeves from being on a hanger (see last two photos). This is barely noticeable when wearing.
