Awesome print and embroidered colorful design around the neck and shoulder line. Keyhole closure in the back. Tassle ties in the front (these do not "cinch" the waist, they are for show). Has elastic in the waist for extra stretch. Super comfy and has some stretch! No pulls that I can find. 100% rayon. Shoulder to hem 32", waist flat 15", ap to ap 19".
