Xhilaration Summer Dress Small Women's NWT Cinched

This dress is adorable and brand new with tags! It's flowy and so soft, made from 100% Rayon. It's a dark burgundy with blue flowers. The dress is short, may be a bit longer than a mini, I guess it depends on how tall you are. The length from the knot straight down the middle is 23". The low-cut collar is sort of a square shape. I believe you could wear it on or slightly off your shoulders. The front has a knotted tie. It has a cinched waist. 17" pit-to-pit and 12" across the unstretched waist.
