Xhilaration Sundress

Adorable ruffled sundress in bright red with blue, lime green and white flowers. V-neck has double ruffles in front, plain V in back. Dress is fully lined and has elastic at the waist. I bought this to wear on a cruise, but it is a bit small for me. It fits more like an 8-10 medium, not a 10-12 medium. Pit to pit measures 17 inches; length is 34 inches from shoulder to hem.
