light blue skirt with white floral design. second layer inside with a soft fabric. skirt is light and flowy. worked great in the summer for hot days! a little bit wrinkled but it's been tucked away for a bit, so once I wash it, it will be much smoother. :) shell: 100% rayon lining: 100% polyester
